Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in TRAX, a comprehensive aviation maintenance software, to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technical solutions. Your focus will be on optimizing the use of TRAX software within our organization to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
TRAX Implementation & Support: Lead the implementation and ongoing support of TRAX software, ensuring it meets business requirements and integrates smoothly with existing systems. Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to aviation maintenance, inventory management, and operational processes. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the TRAX system and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. System Configuration: Configure the TRAX system to align with business processes and requirements, including setting up modules, workflows, and user permissions. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data from TRAX and other systems to generate insights, reports, and dashboards that support decision-making and performance tracking. Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on TRAX functionalities. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all TRAX-related processes comply with aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in audits and quality assurance activities as needed. Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of TRAX-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Role Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information


Technology, Aviation Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 6-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the aviation industry. Hands-on experience with TRAX software is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Familiarity with aviation maintenance processes and regulations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or TRAX-specific training is a plus.
