Job Title: Design Engineer (Female)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Female Design Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electro-mechanical design, with hands-on experience using AutoCAD for developing and designing complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and improve electro-mechanical systems and components.

- Create detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.

- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new designs and modifications.

- Prepare technical documentation and project reports.

- Participate in project planning and management, ensuring timely completion of design tasks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues as they arise during the engineering process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in design engineering, preferably within the electro-mechanical sector.

- Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with other design software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electro-mechanical design.

Preferred Skills:

-- Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Experience using a variety of project management tools, particularly AutoCAD, which is a must-have skill for this role.

- In-depth Understanding of Design Processes: Thorough knowledge of the principles and methodologies involved in designing electro-mechanical systems, including the calculation of electrical effort required for machine components, ensuring designs meet the necessary standards and specifications.

- Additionally, experience in applying for municipality requirements is essential.
