Mohammed Bin Rashid Library was established by law no.14 in 2016 in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, to develop a knowledge society in Dubai and the UAE. As one of the most ambitious cultural and intellectual initiatives in the Arab world, the library's design was inspired by the 'Rehal', the traditional wooden book rest.

The Library aims to spark a passion for knowledge throughout UAE society, especially the youth, in addition to the conservation and promotion of Arabic literature, culture, and heritage by supporting and promoting reading, research, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Therefore, the Library offers free access to a unique collection of books and other knowledge resources.

1. إدخال البيانات المالية على نظام المحاسبة من فواتير، وخصومات، وإيرادات، ومصروفات وأي مدخلات مالية خاصة بالمكتبة.
2. إعداد مستندات الصرف، والتعديلات التي تجري عليها، والتأكد من المطابقات الشهرية لحسابات المكتبة حسب اللوائح والأنظمة.
3. إدارة النقدية وتسوية السلف النثرية الدائمة والمؤقتة.
4. متابعة الإجراءات المرتبطة باستحقاقات الدائنين، وعمليات الصرف، وتحصيل الايرادات، والاعتمادات المالية، وسياسات وإجراءات الغرامات.
5. المشاركة في تنفيذ عمليات الجرد الدوري لمستودعات وممتلكات المكتبة ورفع تقرير بشأنه.
6. العمل على إعداد نظام أرشفة لكافة المستندات والوثائق والملفات المتعلقة بالشؤون المالية وحفظها.

بكالوريوس محاسبة أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معتمدة.

من 0-3 سنوات خبرة في أنشطة الشؤون المالية
