A well-established contracting company in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Filipino female secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in computer programs and have strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
Manage and organize files, documents, and correspondence.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
Filipino female, currently residing in Dubai.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
