The Position

We are looking for an IT Solution Specialist for the Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC) working in from our Turkish affiliate.


At the RCSC we serve numerous customers from seven countries every day and provide remote support, phone support, and email support for their inquiries, technical questions as well as complaints regarding our innovative IT Solution Portfolio.


Exciting projects and the introduction of new technologies are also part of our work, as we integrate our products other IT solutions.

Your responsibilities include:


  • You will be responsible for supporting our Turkish speaking customers aligned with the best practices and closely exchanging with your colleagues supporting seven countries we serve from Mannheim: Turkey, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Greece.
  • Integration play a key role Solution-oriented and cross-team handling of customer and employee inquiries.
  • Identification and resolution of errors and complaint management.
  • Support with new implementations and migrations to our Roche-owned IT solutions and the service launch of new solutions or modules.
  • You will coordinate IT topics with our customers and work closely with experienced colleagues, especially in complex cases.
  • You will continuously improve and optimize our processes.
  • If necessary, you will support our customers, the technical field service, and our sales colleagues on-site at the customer's premises

Your qualifications:


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT (e.g., computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering/medical technology with a focus on IT) or training in the IT field with several years of professional experience.
  • Good knowledge of the following areas: System Integration, APIs and interfaces, networks, operating systems, and databases (scripting languages ​​and SQL).
  • You are familiar with several of these terms: HL7 interface, essential CyberSecurity, network segmentation, SQL or preferred InterSystems IRIS or Caché database, application servers.
  • You have professional experience in System integration, IT application support or in-depth knowledge of processes in hospitals, laboratories, and laboratory information systems.
  • You have a strong customer orientation and sense of urgency. Customer satisfaction is essential for you.
  • You have strong communication and analytical skills and a high degree of ownership.
  • You manage and accomplish your tasks, identify the urgent situations and are able to prioritize without supervision.
  • You work in a team-oriented manner and have intercultural experience.
  • You have native level Turkish language, as well as solid English skills, both written and spoken (B2). Knowledge of German is a plus.
