PURPOSE OF THE JOB


  • Planning and execute maintenance and warranty activities for signaling systems on field, in support to one or several projects
  • Managing maintenance technicians as a team leader
  • Ensuring that all warranty related contractural targets are achived.
  • Following DFQ Requirements (On Warranty Period)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES  


Key Accountabilities


  • Provide support for field modifications
  • Contribute to Reliability Growth and Return of Experience
  • Managing FRACAS Reports in the projects  
  • Planning and managing maintenance supervision activities
  • Guarantee information flow within T&C Team and Customer
  • Respect EHS rules and any work-related processes
  • Managing DFQ Process in the projects
  • Managing the relationship with Customer Maintenance Department

Performance Measurement


  • Efficiency and proactivity during the execution of the Maintenance and Warranty Activities
  • Compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards
  • Quality of Anticipation, Monitoring and Reporting
  • Team management
  • Customer Relationship

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES


Educational Requirements
Mandatory: 


  • Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of English and Turkish language (read, written, spoken)

Experience 
Mandatory: 


  • 3-5 years of experience in technical knowledge, either mechanical or electrical / electronics
  • Managing Maintenance/Warranty Perioda experience
  • General railway and Product knowledge
  • EHS knowledge

Desirable:


  • Railway safety & RAM

  • Available to work at night, during weekends and on public holidays
