We are looking for a new colleague to become a part of our transition in building the repair facilities in Izmir, Turkey location.


This is a fixed term & full-time role for 18 months.


How to contribute to our vision


As a Value Stream Coordinator, you will be responsible for short and midterm planning regarding material, personnel and machinery equipment for both plants and production. 


You will be responsible for ensuring that critical timelines are kept, and that necessary resources and stock are available. This will be done in coordination with our other plants and ensure that we optimize our plans accordingly.  


You will also be working together with our sales administration, the logistics department and our vendors in calculating optimal delivery sequences and machine utilization. As a part of this you will be having close contact with the manufacturing departments and collaborate with them on finding the best solutions. 


You will also be responsible for filing and maintaining planning documentation in our IT systems and ensuring that production plans are properly installed and executed. 


What you need to make a difference


Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.  


To succeed in this position, you will need to be highly structured and be great at interdepartmental coordination.  


We expect you have approximately 3 years of similar experience and a good technical understanding is considered a benefit. 


Having good communication skills is essential for this position and have experience working in an active production and knowing what to anticipate from an active production line would be an advantage. 


You are highly structured and methodical in your work, as well as able to think on your feet and make decisions based on what you see in the production. 


Siemens Gamesa is an international company, so the working language is English, we therefore expect you to be able to efficient communicate in English both written and spoken.
