Roles and Responsibilities:
Design user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile products.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze customer feedback to improve product design.
Collaborate closely with UI designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align UX strategies with business goals.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
Maintain and contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our products.
Monitor competitors and perform regular capability assessments.
Utilize analytics and A/B testing to evaluate design performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or digital product environment.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and accessibility best practices.
Familiarity with Agile development and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and effectively.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
