Job​ D​escriptions: 
Airport Customer Helper:
Reporting into our Airport Team Leader, you will deliver an exceptionally friendly and trustworthy service to our customers' right from the moment they arrive at the Airport. 
Working closely with our transfer provider and external airport teams, you will ensure our customers safe and efficient transfer to resort on arrival. 
At the end of their holiday, you will greet our customers as they arrive back at the airport, to return to the UK. 
Using our digital systems, you will monitor and record the on-time performance of our transfers, along with ensuring any customer incidents are logged on our in-house systems in real time. 
We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, customer focused and adaptable people to help create memories for our customers that will last a lifetime. If you love the idea of taking responsibility for our customers’ holiday experience whilst working as One Team when faced with unforeseen operational disruption, this could be the perfect role for you.  
Already living close to the Airport, or willing to relocate at your own expense, you’ll ideally have a basic understanding of the local language as well as being fluent in English.  
Resort Customer Helper:
Reporting into our in Resort Management Team, you will deliver an exceptionally friendly and trustworthy service to our customers' from the moment they arrive in resort. Being present during our customers holidays is an essential part of this role, supporting them both in our hotels and at times at the airport. 
All our customers have different requirements to make their holiday special and using your fantastic local knowledge of the resort, you will have the confidence to recommend local experiences and attractions to match our customers’ needs to ensure they have a lovely holiday. 
Using our digital systems daily, you will monitor and record any customer incidents or feedback you receive to ensure our in-house systems are always up to date. This information is used by our departments back in the UK to make recommendations and improvements to ensure we keep delivering a VIP service to our all-important customers.

Already living in the destination, or happy to relocate at your own expense, you will be happy to learn as much as you can about the area to pass on your local knowledge to our customers. 
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have a basic understanding of the local language as well as being fluent in English. You will also already be a driver with access to your own transport and be able to provide the required Right to Work documents for the country where the role is based.

Resort Team Leader:


Reporting into the Destination Manager, the Resort Team Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of Resort based Customer Helpers to deliver VIP customer service at all times.


You will plan your team’s rosters to ensure they are visiting our customers at their hotels at the optimum times and are on hand to share their great insider knowledge of the resort.


You will also be the teams first point of contact for advice, as well as working with our local agents and colleagues to help deliver feedback to improve service delivery. Representing


our values at all times is essential to the success of this role.


If you love the idea of taking responsibility for our customers’ holiday experience whilst working as One Team, then could be the perfect role for you.


Already living in the destination, or willing to relocate, you’ll know the location inside out and ideally speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English.


To be successful in this role, you will already be a driver with your own transport and have previous Team Leader or supervisory experience, ideally gained within the Travel


Industry.  In return, we offer a competitive salary on a local contract, combined with excellent opportunities for progression in a growing business.



All our roles are offered on Fixed Term, Turkish Contracts via our agent.IMPORTANT: Must hold Turkish nationality as work permits are not available
Hours:​ 45 hours per week, worked over 6 days.

Start Date:  ASAP through till early November.
Salary:  
- Airport Customer Helpers:  450 per month, gross/brut + insurance
- Resort Customer Helpers:  800 per month, gross/brut  + insurance
- Resort Team Leader:  €22,948 per annum, pro rata, gross plus €3,600 car allowanceInterview Notes: Online assessment day held via Teams.
