YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible from Short term, long term resource and capacity planning for xdocks locations
• Planning Headcount for last mile branches
• Feasibility studies to determine new xdocks locations
• Analyzing Performance and process improvements throughout the year
• Improving planning and reporting tools according to operation and business needs
• Budget managements
• IT equipment and transportation materials planning
• Monitoring key performance metrics and reporting to relevant teams

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Graduation from Engineering faculties (preferably industrial engineering)
• At least 3 years of experience in the planning department
• Preferably with work experience in the logistics and distribution sectors
• Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge)
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English ( both written & verbal)
