What you'll be doing:


Successfully deliver end to end execution of multiple projects assigned, of varying scale and complexity
Management of key stakeholders and the project team members to ensure project meets its deliverables – minimising change risk, on time and on budget
Reporting on project progress and impact on key stakeholder reporting platforms for project performance visibility.

Key responsibilities:


Own and execute end to end transformation delivery process from strategic project initiation to the end.
Support Portfolio Manager – TMEA for Turkey leading strategy reviews and prioritization processes including the annual business planning process.
Work closely with business leads to identify and deliver priorities, create business cases, resource and flight plans.
Ensure transformation change is clear and approved by sponsor and key stakeholders
Assess and map (from-to) the impact of the transformation changes to the market/function, including business processes and business systems in order to develop and ensure necessary support through the change
Identify stakeholders and define management approach to ensure on-going stakeholder engagement and buy-in to the change initiatives
For each approved strategic project, set up kick-off meeting, project charter/scope, project team structure, business cases and key workstreams needed
Plan the delivery approach, timelines, scope requirements, change management, activation, testing and overall execution schedule for strategic programmes.
Assess the readiness of the business for the changes, identify associated risks and issues and manage them effectively to ensure successful programme delivery
Communicate the reasoning and benefits of the change to different organizational levels in order to secure buy-in
Anticipate and address potential resistances by elaborating action plans to mitigate their impact
Monitor and track strategic programme results constantly with leadership teams
Monitor benefits tracking and complete post implementation review
Will also be expected to manage strategic programmes in any Avon Market
Qualifications:

Education:


Educated to a degree level, or equivalent
Qualification in Agile & Change Management – APMG / AKDAR certification
Fluent in English

Work experience:


Preferably 2/3 years of business transformation & change management experience, in an agile environment
Experience in balancing and managing multiple senior business stakeholders in the development and execution of complex change programmes
Demonstrable success leading a transformation programme end-to-end
Knowledge of agile and change management methodologies and tools.

Skills and Competencies required:


Proven track record of consulting, negotiating, influencing and achieving results, without authority
Agile approach and ability to keep up with the pace of change, learn fast and adapt to the new conditions quickly and effectively
Ability to interact effectively with several teamsof different levels at the same time
Ability to manage the priorities of the programme team to achieve own objectives in context of conflicting functional priorities
Ability to keep momentum on the programme high by arranging effective meetings, follow ups, phone calls, e-mails etc
Drive for results demonstrated by regular measurement against milestones and corrective action if issues arise
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data and arguments in a clear and compelling manner to different stakeholders
