The position
As a Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for building capable, clear and confident frontline teams across affiliates, locally and regionally who support our customers across the different brands within Novo Nordisk Türkiye.


Your main responsibilities will be to:


  • Define the annual training plan for the affiliate’s areas, considering business needs, departmental requirements, and strategies defined by Global team and lead the implementation of the annual training plan, leveraging tools developed by the company and external providers, as required.
  • Lead a team of high-performing employees, nurturing their skills to better support the organisation as learning facilitators. 
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development by inspiring the organisation with relevant and game-changing initiatives, accelerating high-potential talent.
  • Support the company's development processes for the sales force and overall, for all affiliate employees and ensure the establishment of an evaluation and continuous improvement system to guarantee the proper learning process for affiliate employees

Overnight travel is required (20%)  

Qualifications


  • You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in training or talent development roles. Having a sales experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry would consider as plus. You have excellent command over both written and spoken English and have a relevant business background. 
  • You have experience in pharmaceutical, and/or out of pocket or other high regulated industries.
  • You have conducted sales force trainings
  • You have demonstrated involvement in product launches
  • You have experience with project management and a mindset towards business development and continuous improvement
  • As a person you have a high performing, learning mindset, and good facilitation, presentation, planning skills.
