This position works at Istanbul location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division that we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

What You’ll Do

• Support the completion of CDA, MSA, L&A and related agreements models or types to finalize the business flow.
• Participate in face-to-face Business Review meetings and follow up the related actions.
• Create alternate strategy in case of conflicts among project team members and elevate, if necessary, in order to resolve conflicts.
• Organize and lead routine project meetings and within the affiliate to follow up the project actions and keep the team updated.
• Coordinate the related departments to explore/communicate to define financial structure of the new projects and prepare the BC activities and present to the management.
• Support any distribution, in-licensing or acquisition projects by participating Due Diligence Audits together with other team members in terms of technical visits, putting input and report writing etc. where necessary.
• Lead cross-functional teams at TPMs and within Affiliate.
• Responsible for the implementation of new projects on time and follow up the actions with the project owner.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree, preferably in Life Sciences Pharmacy or Engineering etc.

• 5+ years’ experience preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry
• Knowledge and experience in good knowledge of project management and agreement processes, new project deals, technology transfer etc.
• Excellent program management, presentation, and oral and written communication skills.
• Strong strategy development and planning skills coupled with necessary knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing activities.
• Team oriented, issue identification and strong problem analysis and solution development skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, highly developed problem-solving abilities, result oriented, negotiation and decision-making skills are essential. 
• Excellent organization, time management and follow-up.
