Job Description:


Bp is looking for Third Party Q&C Advisor to deliver support to the Quality Manager EMEA, 3P Procurement and 3P Planning to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with BP’s product quality and compliance requirements, this through close cooperation with third party contracted manufacturers, fillers and associated suppliers.


Key accountabilities are related – but not limited to – to Project management, Performance management and Problem solving.

Key Accountabilities:


  • Ensure all contractual conditions regarding the production requirements are regularly checked and audited.
  • MoC for new products/formulation changes (in/out): Lab blends, adjustment for 3P plant, first production tests, labelling etc..
  • Reference for specific projects/customer requirements (e.g. CoA portal, PPAP etc..)
  • Deliver projects as per project plan timelines.
  • Strong cooperation with 3P Procurement and Planning organization in order to deliver the expected Supplier Performance.
  • KPIs: Q&C issues/incident rate; compliance against BP corporate Q standards; closure of actions identified during audits and assessments.
  • Ensure that all products are manufactured in accordance with the master formulations and the quality and compliance requirements as well as any customer-specific requirements.
  • Ensure that all products are manufactured in accordance with the SKU BOM and the quality and compliance requirements as well as any customer-specific requirements.
  • Ensure recipes, manufacturing instructions, sampling and testing plans are implemented in accordance with the requirements from Fusion and the Quality Assurance Manual.
  • Ensure sampling and testing plans for raw materials, products and packaged goods are implemented in accordance with the requirements from Fusion and the Quality Assurance Manual.
  • Ensure that certificates of analysis issued by third parties meet the Fusion requirements, any specification deviation is communicated immediately, and no products are sent that have not been tested and approved.
  • Ensure Brand on the certificates of analysis template is aligned with the Product Brand.
  • Ensuring reliable processes and production controls, including device maintenance and calibration, as well as creating test plans for critical devices in accordance with the BP control and technology requirements, e.g. 3 P GSC Q standards.
  • Ensure that the waiver process in accordance with OMS Online and Quality Assurance Manual is implemented.
  • Support implementation of product customer-specific requirements (e.g. APQP, PPAP, PSW, product labelling, …).
  • Administration of special certificates such as for the food sector Kosher and Halal.
  • In case of Q issue/incident, ensure that incident management is in place as required per corporate Product Quality & Compliance Incident Policy.
  • Coordination of customer complaints and other Q&C issues related to toll blended /filled products and PFGs
  • Active support QA audits/assessments and corrective actions management to ensure the expected Quality & Compliance (site visits, improvement actions, verifications).

Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry

Experience:


  • This position requires minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC and laboratory function or related operation at chemical and/or lubricant blending plants
  • Knowledge of product line administration systems and QA/QC activities as well as associated compliance requirements.
  • Experience in operational environment in SC and Laboratory management

  • Knowledge of product Line Administration systems (Fusion, Streamline, etc..) and QA/QC activities as well as associated compliance requirements
