Job Description

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree from Chemistry, Mineral Processing Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering of reputable universities
  • 1-2 years of field engineering or field service experience will be an advantage
  • Industry knowledge specific to process water treatment, including familiarity with various applications in mining operations, will be an advantage
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Good communication skills (e-mails, comprehensive service reports, presentations, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to details
  • Ability to be a team player and work in coordination with teammates
  • High planning and organization skills
  • Advanced in MS-Office applications
  • No travel restrictions
  • Valid driver's license, active driving capability
  • No military obligation for male candidates

We are looking for a dynamic Application Engineer-Field Service Personnel to join our mineral processing water treatment team. This role has plenty of opportunities for growth and you will be joining a very collaborative team.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining existing customer relations and carrying out regular service visits
  • Providing technical service support to customers, identifying and resolving customer complaints
  • Allocating 60-70% of time to existing customer service and visits, remaining time for technical and sales-oriented training, carrying out technical sales visits with the manager
  • Ensuring that the targeted annual service plan is carried out within the professional service-sales methods to be given to him/her, together with the manager
  • Providing value-oriented service to customers and carrying out visits, having detailed knowledge about the customer's business model, mission, strategy, operational issues, being able to consult with the customer's key management levels and facility unit managers regarding their own business line and provide consultancy when necessary
  • Being able to solve problems as a result of system analysis and interpretation of technical data, learning to document and present the solved problems, suggested or created values, together with new suggestions, to the customer in a clear and understandable way
  • Ensuring sustainable customer satisfaction and management of existing customers
  • Providing routine field service support to the regional manager, conducting field inspections of potential customers and compiling the necessary technical information, managing the implementation stages of both new and existing customers
  • Routine field service support; sample analysis, field equipment maintenance (light maintenance), creation of service reports, tracking chemical orders, management of chemical stock at the customer
