A Day in the Life

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Service Coordinator Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for scheduling service activities for Field Service Engineers (FSEs), submitting service contract entries, and updating and following up on field service-related jobs. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in technical service coordination within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Internship details:


  • Start date:December 2024
  • Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
  • Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
  • Working model: hybrid (at least 2 days in the office)
  • Location: Istanbul or Gebze

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:


  • Scheduling Service Activities:
    • Coordinate and schedule service activities for Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
    • Communicate with FSEs to confirm schedules and address any changes or conflicts.
  • Service Contract Entries:
    • Submit and manage service contract entries in the system.
    • Ensure all service contract information is accurate and up to date.
  • Field Service Follow-Up:
    • Update and maintain records of field service-related jobs.
    • Follow up on ongoing and completed service jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
    • Provide regular updates to the team and management on the status of field service activities.

Required Knowledge:


  • Currently pursuing a higher education degree or recently graduated
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Would be a plus:


  • Familiarity with service management software or CRM systems
