Job Description
- Management of country processes in talent management, leadership and associate development
- Design associate training/development and leadership programs
- Mentoring and internal coaching process
- Preparation and follow-up of HR country policies and regulations
- Analyzing market trends and conducting research in innovative HR initiatives
- Bring global HR perspectives and best practices to country practices
- Leading country wide HR projects and initiatives in line with business strategy with both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years professional experience, preferably in HR
- Very good organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills / Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and internal customers
- Ability to proactively understanding and anticipating stakeholder and internal customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
