Job Description
  • Management of country processes in talent management, leadership and associate development
  • Design associate training/development and leadership programs
  • Mentoring and internal coaching process
  • Preparation and follow-up of HR country policies and regulations
  • Analyzing market trends and conducting research in innovative HR initiatives
  • Bring global HR perspectives and best practices to country practices
  • Leading country wide HR projects and initiatives in line with business strategy with both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
  • Min. 5 years professional experience, preferably in HR
  • Very good organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills / Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and internal customers
  • Ability to proactively understanding and anticipating stakeholder and internal customer needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
