Job Description
  • Talent acquisition responsible covers all internal and external staffing needs of the company in the long, medium and short term and places internal employees in the best suitable positions.
  • It is important to ensure a modern candidate experience with the strategy "one face to the candidate".
  • As well as the fast and efficient coverage of business needs through a highly qualified recruiting organization.
  • Talent Acquisition Responsible: Need expert knowledge in the areas of recruitment, personnel marketing, people analytics, sourcing, aptitude diagnostics.
  • She /He knows the business they serve and are responsible for successfully implementing the talent acquisition process. This includes attracting the right people in the market for a specific job and providing a positive recruitment experience which finally leads to a new hire.
  • She/He needs to manage recruitment process; cv screening, pre-interviews, final interviews with hiring teams, send offer letters, planning first day of candidates with onboarding teams.
  • Needs to manage recruitment improvement projects: Digitalization, Efficiency, Benchmarking projects
  • Needs to Data Management & KPI: Following recruitment related people analytics, making analyses with them.

Qualifications
  • University or master graduation: Industrial Engineering, Economics etc.
  • Min. 3 years similar experiences
  • Knowledge of competence-based interview techniques
  • Knowledge of advance cv screening & headhunting methods
  • Very good English and Turkish language skills
  • Using LinkedIn, Kariyernet etc. career tools very well
  • Good analytical thinking, data management competencies
  • Advanced communication & cooperation skills
