Job Description
- Talent acquisition responsible covers all internal and external staffing needs of the company in the long, medium and short term and places internal employees in the best suitable positions.
- It is important to ensure a modern candidate experience with the strategy "one face to the candidate".
- As well as the fast and efficient coverage of business needs through a highly qualified recruiting organization.
- Talent Acquisition Responsible: Need expert knowledge in the areas of recruitment, personnel marketing, people analytics, sourcing, aptitude diagnostics.
- She /He knows the business they serve and are responsible for successfully implementing the talent acquisition process. This includes attracting the right people in the market for a specific job and providing a positive recruitment experience which finally leads to a new hire.
- She/He needs to manage recruitment process; cv screening, pre-interviews, final interviews with hiring teams, send offer letters, planning first day of candidates with onboarding teams.
- Needs to manage recruitment improvement projects: Digitalization, Efficiency, Benchmarking projects
- Needs to Data Management & KPI: Following recruitment related people analytics, making analyses with them.
Qualifications
- University or master graduation: Industrial Engineering, Economics etc.
- Min. 3 years similar experiences
- Knowledge of competence-based interview techniques
- Knowledge of advance cv screening & headhunting methods
- Very good English and Turkish language skills
- Using LinkedIn, Kariyernet etc. career tools very well
- Good analytical thinking, data management competencies
- Advanced communication & cooperation skills
