- Executing end-to-end (White & Blue Collar) recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of right candidates for the business, an exceptional journey for the candidates, and timely results for the hiring managers
- Creating ad hoc reports on recruitment KPIs, by actively using our ATS (applicant tracking system)
- Mapping the passive candidates in the industry to create talent-pipelines for prospective business needs
- Serve as a point of contact for the Recruiting team - provide all the support and expertise to empower them to do their jobs
- Ensuring management of consultancy processes
- Providing operational support to the organizational design process, and the analysis of existing or new positions that may arise in line with organizational growth and change,
- Supporting the development, implementation, follow-up and reporting of Training and Development Processes.
- Closely following global HR trends and industry best practices and supporting the benchmarking process
🥰Are You the One We’re Seeking?
- BA/BSc degree in relevant academic disciplines
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (white & blue collar) in a high-speed, high-growth environment
- Advanced skills in MS Office Programs
- Strong ability to research and follow-up, successful time management, strong analysis, and reporting skills
