Job Description
Customer-Centric System Development:
- Work closely with the customer on requirement elicitation and derive respective requirements for the product development.
- Act as an integral part of the system/software development team to support co-development activities with the customer.
- Provide direct support to the customer on short notice to address technical needs and issues.
- Support Safety, Security, µp based MW & ADAS feature integration from system engineering perspective.
On-Site Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Assist the customer with system/software-level troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth integration of products within the customer's systems.
- Deliver technical guidance and solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Gaining trust with customer engineering team on base of a long-term partnership.
Project Navigation and Collaboration:
- Leverage deep connections within Bosch's global project team to navigate and deliver solutions effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements promptly.
- Ensure alignment of customer needs with overall project objectives.
Technical Expertise and Guidance:
- Provide expert insights on PA-CV products and their integration to customer.
- Collaborate on technical documentation and solution development, also with 3rd party.
Pre-selling Technical Support:
- Support acquisition activities by providing technical expertise during the pre-selling process.
- Create and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
- Assist in creating technical concepts and proposals tailored to customer requirements and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in system engineering for automotive embedded control unit and customer-facing roles in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of embedded control unit products & system engineering.
- Knowledge in software engineering for embedded control for automotive.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
- Excellent ability to work directly with customers and understand their needs.
- Skilled in fostering relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Well-connected within large project teams to navigate resources and solutions.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities and ensuring timely results.
- Fluent English language skills mandatory.
