pladis is looking for System Development and Digital Transformation Executive for our pladis Turkey Sales Companies, Sales Operations Directorate.

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:


System Development and Digital Transformation Executive will be responsible for creating the necessary infrastructure for all sales development projects that will increase the sales volume in the traditional and modern sales channels in which pladis Sales Companies Organizations operate and ensuring coordination with the IT teams for the implementation of sales automation systems in line with the growth strategies of pladis Sales Companies.


Responsibilities


  • Determining business needs for the development of the system infrastructure suitable for the sales function and customer experience,
  • Developing current sales process maps of sales companies and identifying the points that need digitalization, developing and leading digital transformation projects, familiar to SFA tools,
  • Performing big data/sales analysis in a way that will increase sales, understand internal customer needs more clearly and produce solutions, and direct sales / field teams to the right channel according to these outputs,
  • Standardizing, shortening, and improving all reporting processes of sales companies,
  • Examining the sales systems of competing companies in the market and supporting their adaptation to the company by closely following new technologies,
  • Working in coordination with IT teams on data/sales analytics and project management, providing cooperation as a single point of contact to meet the needs of the sales team in the fastest way,
  • Carrying out development projects in order to increase the presence of the company in the newly developing sales channels besides the traditional channel and the modern channel.

Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications


  • Graduated from Mathematic, Statistics, Management Information System departments and related departments of universities,
  • Experience at least 5 years of related areas,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Holds technical knowledge and skills in the field of information technologies (advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, python),
  • Has knowledge and experience in sales automation and SFA system is plus,
  • Has experience in project management, process development in FMCG companies,
  • Solid track record in big data analysis, process architecture experience,
  • Effective communication, negotiation and management skills & positive team member,
  • Analytical and systematic thinking with strategic planning,
  • Pro-active, energetic, takes initiative and solution-oriented, self-motivated.
