Develop and optimize next-gen materials that shape the future of display technology.
Responsibilities
Design and synthesize new OLED materials to enable superior display performance.
Explore novel synthetic routes for advanced heterocyclic and aromatic small molecules.
Solve complex challenges through innovative problem-solving and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Create and secure intellectual property to drive technological leadership.
Ensure efficient R&D processes, optimizing cycle-time, cost, and quality.
Qualifications
M.S. or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with expertise in multi-step synthesis.
Strong experience in heterocyclic/aromatic small molecule synthesis for OLED applications.
Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, LCMS, UV/PL) for material characterization.
Strong communication and technical writing skills in English.
Ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively in a team environment.
Master or Ph.D who has covered Advanced Organic chemistry course in Chemistry.
