What You’ll Be Doing?


Strategy Planning and Business Plan Creation:
  • Financial Modeling & Projections: Support financial modeling, forecasts, and business projections to ensure business plans are well-supported by data.
  • Link Strategy with Budget: Work with Finance to ensure strategic priorities align with the operating plan and budget.
  • Support Strategy Execution: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan.
Transformation Projects:
  • Lead Transformation Agenda: Oversee and manage business transformation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and enhancing the company’s capabilities.
  • Strategy Development & Facilitation: Present data-driven insights and facilitate strategic discussions with leadership.
  • Performance Tracking & Evaluation: Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Mergers & Acquisitions and Investor:
  • Lead M&A Strategy: Oversee M&A activities, identifying potential targets and leading due diligence efforts to evaluate acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage Investor Communications: Serve as a key point of contact for investors, preparing and presenting reports, updates, and performance summaries. Assist with investor outreach, funding rounds, and other capital-raising initiatives.
  • Integration Planning (PMI): Ensure smooth integration of acquired companies or assets into the business, aligning strategies and operations.
Board Engagement:

Content Development & Support: Prepare and organize content for board interactions, ensuring materials are clear and actionable.


Ongoing Board Updates: Provide regular updates on the company’s progress toward strategic goals, offering insights and recommendations.


What You’ll Bring?


  • Love to analyze detailed data and building meaningful insights out of them
  • Aware that presenting insights and data visualization are as much as, sometimes more important than information itself
  • Fanatically curious, always bring new questions and keep up until finding the answers
  • Incredibly persistent when it comes to following up and completing tasks
  • Familiar to B2C business model and its nature
  • Passionate for working in dynamic startup environment.
  • Preferably 1- 3 years of consulting or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English both writing and speaking
  • Advanced use of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proactive and initiative taker.
  • Hunger to learn and relearn.
