The Position

Stakeholder engagement, health care professional engagement management is a major arm of digital healthcare solutions domain and have an extensive role in Roche's business environment.


Your Key Responsibilities:


You will contribute to health care professional / stakeholder engagement activities. You will be responsible for development, deployment and adoption of omnichannel & CRM platforms. Ownership of various modules of such platforms.


Utilizing communication materials, tools & resources; writing, improving, and editing communications of activities performed. Preparing presentations Utilizing innovative and creative digital learning media.


Assistance with the production of CRM and HCP engagement documentation or related materials.


Assisting in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making.


Using basic to intermediate Excel functions to manage data, create reports, and contribute to team projects.


Helping in implementing and supporting global projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Assisting in tracking ongoing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep initiatives on track.


Following up interactions with related departments/stakeholders. Manage online collaboration platform of project, organizing meetings.


You will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of strategic insights, planning & digital health projects.


During your internship you will gain valuable knowledge and experience on stakeholder engagement, health care professional engagement, medical content management which are major arms of digital healthcare solutions.
 


Who you are:


You are a graduate student (MSc student or PhD student) or undergraduate student with expected graduation date later than a year from now in Life Sciences, Engineering or related domains.


You are characterized by your highly developed analytical skills, bringing curiosity and a willingness to learn, analytical skills, systematic way of working, accuracy, punctuality and reliability.


You have good written and verbal communication skills.


You are a collaborative team player, you have strong team spirit and high social competencies.  


You have high sense of responsibility and integrity. You work independently, are reliable, creative and contribute your own ideas.


You are analytical thinker: You enjoy breaking down complex information and identifying trends and insights. You are comfortable working with  MS Office, Google Suite. You are comfortable with Excel: You can use Excel for basic data handling, such as sorting, filtering, and simple formulas.


You are detail-oriented: You pay attention to details, ensuring accuracy in your work. You are project focused. You are organized and can manage multiple tasks, helping keep projects moving forward.


Proficiency in English is required.
