The Position


Customer Service Senior Specialist for Istanbul, Turkey.



Responsibilities


  • Operations of monthly sales in opening, closing periods and implementation of the monthly sales targets setting.


  • Creating orders for Ex-factory and Quality Complaint Orders & Samples to SAP


  • Follow‐up and reporting wholesalers of stock levels.


  • Daily sales tracking reporting according to archer control narratives.


  • Follow‐up commercial campaign process, inform the wholesalers and Calculating FoC and Volume Discount payments.


  • Calculation of Accrual after the sale is completed and presenting to finance.


  • Follow‐up the return processes and creating return into the SAP System.


  • Calculating Regional Trade Managers quota and realization, tracking urgent and routine sales.


  • Coordinate and work closely with Sales Mangers teams to determine campaign conditions and times.


  • Preparation of sales report according to Wholesaler’s outputs.


  • Collaborates efficiently with all interfaces, Implementation from Comet to Athena system.


  • Simplification of SOP and Approval Process.


  • Contacting and following up with the Insurance Company.


  • Calculating and monitoring GL and insurance limits.


  • Forwarding the Credit Limit update to the relevant teams for uploading to the system customer based.


  • Supporting the Gross to Net tracking for Turkey.


  • Supporting the preparation and updating the Local Commercial Policy.


  • Calculation of price difference in incorrect unit prices and price changes.


  • Maintaining communication between legal and customers during the contract process


  • Tracking the signing process of contract copies and archiving.


  • Making a red flag review and mitigation plan with legal in the Due Diligence process


Education Minimum Requirement


  • Minimum Degree of Bachelors (BA/BS)


  • Preferred:  Science, Business or Healthcare Discipline


Qualifications, Skills & Required:


  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and support preferably in pharmaceutical /FMCG industry, familiarity with Organon customer services/ systems is an edge.


  • Strong communication skills


  • Language: Excellent in English spoken and written


  • Computer Skills : Excellent in Word , Excel & Power Point


  • Business, Financial & Commercial Acumen: Understands and intelligently applies Business, financial, and industry data to make efficient business decisions.


  • Good knowledge of customer/business strategy


  • High level of self-motivation and passion.


  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors.


  • Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.


  • High integrity and commitment to compliance standards.


  • Strategic understanding and planning.


  • Demonstrate innovation and creativity.


  • A team player, can multi-task, strong coordination, organization, and implementation skills
