We are looking for a Specification Manager to make a difference around the world!
Work with clients, local and international architects, and consultants to qualify and specify our insulation products in major projects
Conduct product presentations, seminars, and training sessions to showcase the benefits and technical capabilities of our products
Develop and publish white papers to highlight the innovation and technical performance of our insulation solutions
Lead efforts to get our products registered on vendor lists, ensuring that they meet the qualifications required for various projects and clients
Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, sales, and marketing to ensure product specifications align with customer requirements
Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance
Bachelor's degree in engineering, material science or related field
5+ years of experience in technical specification management or product management, ideally in the HVAC, construction, or insulation industries
Strong understanding of industry standards, testing procedures, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and project meetings
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required
