Job Description
- Map processes in plants in a way to easily integrate them into MES, softwares and dashboards.
- Develop digital process architectures and data collection strategies for MES and process requirements.
- Design production and supply chain processes at MES.
- Contribute to the development of innovative and user-friendly interfaces, softwares and dashboards for plants.
- Collaborate with a team of talented developers, connectivity experts and key-users to design and implement high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Mapping processes in the plant in a way to easily integrate them into MES and digital tools.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Provide organizational support and project management for aligning I4.0 projects in the plant.
- Utilize data mining to support all departments after SOP (including regular reports, statistical analysis, graphical data, etc.).
- Operate the solution expert tasks within worldwide Rexroth plants.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in process and value stream mapping.
- Minimum 2 years experience with software development.
- Experience with MES systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or similar.
- Expert level with front-end development frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of Java Script, restAPI, json, docker, mqqt, solace, kafka with a knowledge of SOLID principles.
- Experience with business intelligence softwares such as Power BI, Tableu or with Power App’s.
- Good knowledge about SQL or relational databases.
- Experience with MES systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a results-oriented approach.
- A proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in implementation of I4.0 solutions.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, preferably also in German.
- Willingness to work in an international and intercultural environment.
- Able to travel abroad.
