Job Description
- Provide exceptional service to our customers worldwide
- Communicate with customers on questions/issues related to our products and solutions
- Go above and beyond our service level agreements to pro-actively diagnose and resolve issues
- Be in hands-on opportunities with global product & customer support experience to learn from the best and improve your technical knowledge and communication skills,
- Involve in a dedicated on-the-job training program on Telecommunication and Software products with the help of a mentor guiding you.
Requirements for the position
- Pursuing a degree 4th class or 3rd class in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical, and Electronics Engineering programs,
- Available to work from the Teknopark Istanbul office,
- Advanced level of verbal and written English,
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and develop yourself
