What we expect from you:


  • Develop and continuously update social media strategies aligned with brand identity, supported by audience and competitor analysis
  • Manage all social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn) with tailored strategies and maintain an active, engaging presence
  • Prepare and execute annual/monthly content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and campaign timelines
  • Create compelling and SEO-friendly content (text, visual, video) tailored to each platform, reflecting the brand tone and increasing organic reach
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect content inputs and organize visual productions such as photoshoots for operations, employees, and events
  • Monitor website updates and run integrated digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and user engagement
  • Actively engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and manage the brand’s digital reputation through consistent feedback evaluation
  • Manage advertising budgets strategically, monitor paid campaign performance, and execute necessary optimizations across platforms
  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), generating weekly/monthly reports
  • Conduct post-campaign evaluations, extract actionable insights, and contribute to continuous improvement of content and strategy

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of social media management experience, ideally in a brand or agency environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple platforms and execute successful content and ad campaigns
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Basic SEO knowledge and content optimization for social platforms
  • Familiarity with paid media management (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Strong visual and written storytelling skills, aligned with brand identity
  • Ability to work with creative teams or use basic design/video tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
  • Strong data interpretation skills to drive actionable insights and improvements
  • Experience in preparing reports and making strategic decisions based on performance data
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Creative, trend-aware, and able to bring innovative ideas to the table
  • Fluent in English
