Job Description


Works directly with Telecom Operator business units to solve complex application and data issues. Develops, implements, and maintains business systems and software. Provides front-line support to business units, coordinates systems upgrade and testing, and works in a team environment to develop and maintain application programs.


Should be able to lead a team consist of technical engineers and experts with good coordination and communication skills.


Handle customer tickets and preparing the solution implementation documents.


Operate routine maintenance, testing, problem troubleshooting, software upgrade, providing technical support


On-site support in case of major or critical problems


Attend and lead technical meetings with the customer and vendors to discuss any issues or change requests.


Reporting top technical issues to upper management.


Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolution process


Available after hours and weekends as needed and willing to work on-call rotation if needed


Available to travel domestic, work location is Istanbul
