Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive network marketing strategy to increase our company's visibility and recognition within our 9 global locations.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and local teams to identify success stories, innovative practices, and noteworthy achievements to share across the network.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with counterparts at other locations to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Create engaging and informative content, including articles, case studies, videos, and graphics, highlighting our location's accomplishments, innovations, and best practices.
- Develop internal communication materials that celebrate employee achievements, milestones, and contributions.
- Craft compelling and enjoyable posts for internal communication channels, promoting a sense of pride and community among our associates.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and insights to create meaningful and relevant content.
Qualifications
- 3rd year' undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of Marketing, Communications, Business.
- Experience in marketing, communication, or related roles, ideally within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging and visually appealing content.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships across different cultures and locations.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
