Responsibilities:
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, referrals) to identify and attract top IT talent.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs of clients.
- Establish and nurture close communication with candidates to keep the talent pool updated for upcoming positions.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth technical interviews, collaborating with technical teams when necessary to ensure a comprehensive assessment.
- Partner closely with clients to fully understand position requirements, company culture, and long-term hiring strategies.
- Provide insights during the decision-making process by presenting candidate strengths, areas for development, and alignment with client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, and with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts.
- Uphold a high standard of candidate experience, providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment cycle.
