We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Analyst to join our e-commerce team (.com&app). The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and working closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of the .com&app solution.
As a Senior Technical Analyst, you:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Work closely with the product team to ensure project requirements are accurately captured and delivered on time.
Create detailed project documentation including requirements, use cases, and process flows.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure product success.
Communicate product status and deliverables to stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
Act as a liaison between business and various technical teams of internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
Gereksinimler
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Online/App/SaaS development
Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Experience in creating detailed product documentation including requirements, use cases, and process flows.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in e-commerce or other web-based industries is preferred.
