Position summary:


  • The Sr. Service Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to support sales strategies and maintaining internal and external customer relations throughout the service lifecycle. This role combines data analysis with Int/Ext customer engagement, focusing on service contract process, warranty expirations, and revenue generation while ensuring data-driven insights are communicated effectively to support decision-making processes.


Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)


  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights related to customer service and Procare service contract process
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track service metrics and support sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to optimize service contract renewals and revenue generation.
  • Maintain direct contact with customers pre- and post-sale to build strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the lead generation process, nurturing leads and communicating opportunities to Sales Representatives.
  • Prepare and present proposals and ROI analyses to stakeholders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding service contracts, warranties, and account management issues.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Oracle JD Edwards) to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Educate Sales Representatives on Procare service contract pricing, strategies, and the value proposition of services offered.
  • Participate in customer meetings to provide expert knowledge on products and services.
  • Be responsible for all related activities across EEMEA region.

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, sales support, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and cultures.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Fluent in local language and English.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and data visualization.
  • Understanding of service contract management and pricing strategies

  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time, and maintain detailed records.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
