What you will do
Senior Sales Operations Specialist is a key role reporting to the Operations Director, managing Order Administration and Order Fulfillment functions in the region for the HVAC business. You will be based in our Istanbul Office and will be part of an emergent team focused on expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives. You will be responsible for entire HVAC equipment sales and operations. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate satisfactory results.
How you will do it
- Participate in commercial operations of HVAC projects with the sales team and other support functions.
- Oversee the review and acceptance process for all incoming Projects and Sales Orders.
- Establish and follow internal procedures to ensure all sales order documentation is complete & manage the process.
- Track and report HVAC stocks, salesperson target achievement, and other job requirements.
- Manage the order tracking and reporting activities for the region & ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures, delegation of authority, and SCM guidelines.
- Ensure correct entry and update of data to ERP and CRM systems.
- Liaise with factories, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth and timely expediting of orders, deliveries, and sales support.
- Manage effective communication between the Sales organization, Operations, and other backup departments.
- Analyze and report sales, revenue, and margin data periodically with the Business and point out any risks.
- Control the sales and revenue data weekly, follow up on approvals and invoicing, and prepare ad hoc reports based on requests.
- Support general reporting of CRM & ERP and coordinate and administrate other business & operational requirements.
- Supporting Operations department reporting in general.
- Working closely with Regional teams in terms of reporting & tracking.
