- Oversee operational finance functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes including RTR.
- Developing and improving sustainable and automated systems and processes for financial reporting, planning and control activities.
- Lead the charge on controls, and financial system stewardship within the market.
- Build enduring partnerships, cultivating strong relationships across the company and with external partners.
- Harmonize cross-GBU in-market process standardization and lead technological advancements for optimal operations.
- Endorse the integrity of statutory financial outcomes for the market and manage all local filings, queries, and third-party interactions.
- Lead financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
- Manage relationships with global teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly financial statements and monthly data sets for management reporting purposes in a timely and accurate manner
- Following actions arising from financial control activities to improve the monthly closing processes
- Dealing with the financial audit processes, being responsible for the preparation of the IFRS and other financial statements and responsible for the information flow to the auditors
- Providing accounting guidance to the businesses and other teams when necessary
- Streamlining accounting policies across the group companies
Bachelor's degree in management, finance, business administration or economics
Extensive work experience in Finance
Extensive knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in English - Written and Verbal
Extensive accounting knowledge in IFRS
Experienced in IFRS and TFRS reporting
Familiar in analysis of financial statements and data
Strong analytical thinking abilities and multitasking
SAP knowledge is a strong plus
A professionally accredited accountant with a solid foundation in financial control and accounting.
Track record of success in controlling or audit, preferably within FMCG commercial
Skilled at building rapport with stakeholders and a proficiency in communicating with influence.
Resilient in maintaining high standards and accountability.
A strategic thinker with strong skills in financial analysis, risk management, and project management.
