The Position

In this exciting role, you will spearhead Diabetes portfolio key projects across all brands. The role involves collaborating closely with brand directors to deliver on diabetes portfolio strategy for IO.

This role could be based in two locations – Istanbul or Warsaw! Join our dynamic team and choose the location that suits your preferences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting brand directors in ensuring launch readiness for Diabetes portfolio brands, managing launch funds, and organizing better practice sessions for strategic priorities.

• Project managing key brand initiatives including vendor selection processes and managing day-to-day follow-up activities.

• Ensuring structured better practice sharing across IO for diabetes

• Actively participate in IO-SO cross TA projects

Qualifications

You're eager to pursue this thrilling opportunity because of your extensive background in senior business project roles and your wealth of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical sector.

Furthermore, you will

• Possess a relevant Master's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial excellence
• Demonstrate a results-oriented approach with strong influence and communication skills.
• Exhibit a strong growth ambition and a knack for challenging the status quo.
• Excel in working with incomplete data, translating insights into action, and thriving in a teamwork-oriented environment.
