Through iyzico Buyer Protection, consumers’ concerns regarding shopping online are resolved and better experiences are enabled. To this date, more than 2 million consumers shopped online under the security provided by iyzico Buyer Protection and this number is increasing daily. Key responsibilities
Work across the full product life cycle, from establishing the value proposition to creating and validating initial concepts, to delivering final designs (analysis, ideation, design, implementation, user testing)
Interpret and translate UX concepts into high fidelity components and designs through close collaboration with our product designers, product managers and developers.
Deliver compelling insights to the product and design teams.
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.
Make consistent UI, seamless experience cross platform: web, mobile web, native apps.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
Define and maintain design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across products.
Facilitate evidence-based product and design decisions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.
Use data-driven insights to iterate on designs and optimize conversion rates.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Min. 5 years of experience in working as a Product Designer for mobile and web-based products.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in design prototype/handoff/feedback tools such as Figma.
Understanding of core product design lifecycle.
Experience with design systems and creating scalable UI components.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand problems, user flows, prototype, interactions and cooperate with developers during the implementation of your design.
Knowing and applying UX research methods were necessary.
Interested in the word of data and eager to use it in design decisions.
Up-to-date with latest design trends, techniques and technologies.
Ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
High analytical and holistic thinking skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process.
