Current partners include all 30 MLB teams, MLB, USA Baseball, Golf Digest, PGA of America, and over 1000 NCAA athletic departments.
Opened in 2018, our Turkey office operates as the R&D arm of Rapsodo. We have offices located in Bayraklı & Technopark in the Izmir Institute of Technology, recognized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology as one of Turkey’s most successful Technoparks. Our offices incorporate UI/UX, Mobile, Cloud Technologies along with Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Science and Unity teams. We are looking for a hands-on, driven, empathetic Senior Product Designer with a passion for collaborating and creating best in class, unforgettable experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will:
- Create final flows and screens for UI/UX as needed, utilizing tools like Figma or other industry-standard design software.
- Build and scale design systems for consistency and efficiency across design projects and our product categories.
- Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, ensuring project alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Manage design workflows using agile or other project management methodologies to ensure timely project delivery.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to craft compelling and intuitive user flows for both ongoing and new projects.
- Perform thorough research prior to the design phase, including benchmarking, creating Customer Journey Maps (CJM), developing personas, and conducting usability tests and surveys.
- Support in usability tests, gather feedback, and implement necessary amendments to refine and enhance the user experience.
- Work hand in hand with developers for seamless development, ensuring design integrity throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Degree in Design or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the complete lifecycle - successfully delivering, mobile and/or software apps.
- Expertise in standard design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Zeplin.
- An understanding of Agile product development practices.
- Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Create beautiful, clean UI while maintaining brand consistency.
- Knowledge of current UX best practices and design processes.
- Extreme attention to detail and consistency, passion for pixel perfection.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Having strong communication skills and being a good team player.
- An impressive online portfolio demonstrating experience designing user interfaces and experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Having a foundational understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in leading design teams is a plus.
