A Day in the LifeThis is an exciting opportunity for an analytical, pro-active candidate to join the EMEA Region Led Markets (RLM) Pricing Strategy team. This person, reporting to the Pricing Strategy Director, acts as the liaison between the Strategists team and Pricing execution team.
With in-depth knowledge and understanding of company products, pricing programs, and market trends, the candidate will enhance price guidance accuracy, prepare the foundation of price initiatives and support monitoring of these initiatives.
For this role, you will be expected to be located in: Prague, Czech Republic / Warsaw, Poland / Istanbul, Türkiye.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:


  • Conducting daily review, analysis and approval of Price list submitted by Price Execution team; communication of potential errors or requesting additional information as needed.
  • Supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle in order to deep dive on outliers and preparing an executive summary; connecting the IBP forecasting with deal review for consistency
  • Supporting Vendavo (VDV) setting and access for the Price Strategy Team.
  • Maintaining an excellent working relationship with the Global Pricing Administration Centre of Excellence team in order to ensure access and training to/on all relevant dashboards.
  • Issuing pricing data extracts and reporting for both Business Partners and Strategists.
  • Reviewing existing pricing processes and making recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy, while adhering to the company-wide vision and pricing strategies.
  • Developing and communicating administrative implications of proposed and/or implemented pricing policy.

Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • A degree in Financial Studies or relevant disciplines.
  • Proven experience in Pricing, Business Operations, Finance, Business Analytics or Sales Analytics.
  • Prior experience in the Medical Device industry. 
  • Experience of supporting commercial departments in evaluation and consulting on business issues/proposals.
  • Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and very good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills.
