We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to oversee and ensure the accuracy of payroll processes for both international and Turkey-based employees.
Job Description:
- Carrying on monthly international and TR payroll processes; reviewing and validating payroll calculations provided by external payroll service providers,
- Ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, bonuses, and other compensation elements,
- Managing the entry and exit procedures for new hires and departing employees,
- Overseeing personnel file management, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with legal requirements,
- Providing guidance and support on employment-related topics such as leaves, taxation, social security, pensions, and other payroll-related benefits,
- Managing employee benefits such as private health insurance, meal allowances, and other compensation-related perks,
- Assisting relocated team members with pre- and post-arrival administrative processes, ensuring compliance with payroll and taxation requirements,
- Supporting the HR team in reviewing, updating, and enhancing company policies and guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field,
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in an international environment,
- Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law, payroll taxation, and employment regulations,
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
- Proficiency in English is a plus,
- Knowledge of Teknopark regulations is a plus.
