Senior Network and Security Consultant

Job Purpose:  

Highly certified architect with deep cross-vendor domain knowledge, able to work externally with partners, vendors and end customers to develop complex and bespoke technology solutions

Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings with customers and conduct product presentations in coordination with the sales team.

  
  

• Perform demos and Proof of Concepts (PoC).

  
  

• Follow up on opportunities together with the sales team.

  
  

• Deliver product training sessions.

  
  

• Implement  software, hardware, etc., ensure integration with existing systems, maintain the secure and uninterrupted operation of systems, and provide support when necessary.

  
  

• Identify problems, define solutions, resolve them, or contact the relevant vendor.

  
  

• Visit customers with maintenance contracts according to the predefined schedule, check all details on the service tracking list, and address identified issues promptly with appropriate solutions.

  
  

• Stay updated on industry developments and new products, learn about them, expand the product/service portfolio, prepare documentation for new products/services, and disseminate knowledge through internal training.

  
  

• Be responsible for the accuracy, control, and improvement of all installation, maintenance, configuration, and integration tasks, and report to the manager.

  
  

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering departments of universities.

  
  

• 3-4 years of experience in Network Architectures (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Layer-2-3 technologies, Router, Switch, Firewall).

  
  

• Proficient in Firewall, EDR, NDR, SIEM, Email Security, URL Filtering, Anti-Virus, and DLP solutions.

  
  

• Experienced in SIEM and Log Analysis.

  
  

• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English (capable of holding meetings with international vendors).

  
  

• Customer-oriented, with strong analytical thinking skills.

  
  

• Quick learner with problem-solving abilities.

  
  

• Holds a valid driver’s license and actively drives.

  
  

• Completed military service (for male candidates).
