What You’ll Do


  • Developing disruptive and new generation products that provides fast, easy, affordable and pleasant experience,
  • Strategize both long and short term objectives for sales and marketing activities to maximize the revenue,
  • Deciding go to market strategies of new products and taking active role for execution,
  • Manage the existing projects with insurance companies and coordinate the processes of new strategic partnership deals,
  • Determining and tracking project metrics, following them and take required actions to stay competitive in market,
  • Find and define growth corridors and opportunities to continue scaling our existed and new businesses,
  • Conducting critical product iterations when required by analyzing trends and industry developments,
  • Working with more than one team during the project development phase, coordinating the teams contributing to the project, ensuring that business needs are transferred to the technology teams,
  • Following the user experiences after the project launch and planning the next phases of the project based on this,
  • Dig deep into data, run tests, explore new tactics, tools and channels to continually unlock new opportunities and drive results.

Who You Are


  • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or related field,
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in insurance & business development,
  • Be able to design new and digital business models, analyzing customer needs, providing new solutions, implementing new process,
  • Be able to extrapolate insights from sales, experience or channel data to boost the revenue and customer experience,
  • Analyzing the experiences of users, identifying the development points and drawing up action plans,
  • Strong planning and coordination skills,
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects,
  • Cross functional mindset and ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities,
  • English language is a must.
