Senior E-commerce Manager

• Own, develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce sales strategy to drive online revenue growth
• Oversee customer P&Ls and manage all relevant elements of the overall P&L
• Ensuring online catalogs of e-commerce channels are up-to-date
• Will be responsible for e-commerce channel and team
• Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
• Prepare and present products to future and current e-commerce partners
• Closely follow competition & own brand rankings
• Overseeing monthly e-commerce activities
• Understand sell-in, sell-out and analyze data monthly
• Delivering high-quality analytics and making improvements
• Understanding digital marketing and tools to increase sales
• Conducting regular customer visits and presentations
• Analyzing all sales data to improve the future strategy of the company

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in FMCG
• Knowledge of Amazon, Turkish Marketplace, and Quick-Commerce is a must
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluent in English and native-level Turkish proficiency
• Familiarity with P&L processes, financial principles, and key metrics
• Experience in analyzing and reporting data
• Experience in using digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Being adaptable and able to work quickly
• Passionate about cleaning
