Lead the development, creation and implementation ofEurasia & Middle EastOperating Unitcommunications strategies.
Develop, coordinateand leada Operating Unit unified approachtomedia management.
In coordination with theFranchise/Operations PACS ( Public Affairs, Communications, Sustainability & Strategic Partnerships)Leads, initiate, maintain, build and strengthen relationships with keymediacontacts; create measurable value for the business; protect and enhance the company’s reputation; engage and influence key stakeholders.
Provide subject-matter expertise, content and coaching to senior management to help them serve as effective spokespeople; provide support and guidance to manage potential issues.
Coordinate with global communications teams, bottling partners and other functions to ensure consistency of messaging.
SupportEurasia & Middle East Franchise/Operations in managing external media contacts/requests.
Coordinate with Marketing and Operations, PACS support to Brand PR, PACS contribution and support to marketing and operationsinitiatives.
Co-lead with Marketing OU Company Brand and Social License strategy and plans.
Internal communications:
Lead The Coca-Cola Company’s internal and leadership communications inEurasia & Middle East, including:
Leader communications (Operating Unit president)
Operating Unit-wide internal communications – including email, Yammer, Connect and other channels as appropriate
Operating Unit-wide town halls
Serving as representative in Global Internal Communications Network, closely aligned to global head of internal & leadership communications.
