Brief Description of Position

We are seeking a Sr. Omnichannel Specialist to join our Omnichannel Team. This role will focus on designing and implementing an omnichannel strategy that aligns with the company's goals, enhancing customer engagement through the integration of various communication and marketing channels for healthcare professionals.

• Responsible for the concept/design, execution and the performance tracking & measurement of omnichannel customer campaigns and customer journeys.
• Lead process optimization efforts related to digital channel promotion capabilities (i.e. email, web portal &webcasts, banners, etc.), including technology changes
• Responsible for inhouse digital content creation
• Plays the role of a consultant to internal stakeholders and works closely with marketing & sales, medical, IT and other functions
• Secure compliance requirements with highest standards of ethics and integrity

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, and omnichannel strategy (Pharma experience is a plus)
• Experience with a marketing automation tool, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an important advantage
• Preferably experienced on CMS systems (Wordpress)
• Preferably experienced on Google Analytics 360
