Job Description:
Create invoices and ensure their accuracy
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments in coordination with the operations team
Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment
Resolve billing discrepancies and issues by liaising with the operations team or customers
Calculate and record monthly income accruals
Check the monthly VAT payable
Prepare weekly aging reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Advanced proficiency in English (writing, speaking, and comprehension)
Advanced skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel
Openness to learn and innovate
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in revenue and accounts receivable
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
