We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Ankara. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the Carrier or Enterprise market, working closely with key accounts. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic customer relationships, providing tailored technical consulting, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize a large workload while delivering results are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary business support contact for key accounts, delivering high-quality solutions to end customers based on relevant industry standards.
- Introduce Huawei’s products and value proposition to key accounts or direct customers, fostering long-term relationships.
- Develop and implement detailed account plans and marketing initiatives on a quarterly basis to drive growth.
- Achieve target sales revenues for key accounts within the specified area, ensuring consistent performance against sales goals.
- Work on the development of new key accounts by collaborating with existing customer teams and identifying new opportunities.
- Analyze the market, define target enterprise customers, and develop strategic plans to meet their needs.
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored solutions to key accounts, overseeing project execution from start to finish.
- Manage multiple high-value projects and account strategies simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
