AVSEC Supervisor participates in the development and dissemination of aviation security procedures, training, quality assurance, reports, and aviation security systems. This position conducts aviation security audits and participates in the examination of audit findings. AVSEC Supervisor analyzes historical/current data to identify trends and to determine root causes and solutions. This position cultivates key relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, IE, Transportation, IT, HR, etc.). AVSEC Supervisor supervises others within the department. Also, AVSEC Supervisor position will be accountable and responsible for TR SHGM , EU CAA, Local Authorities and IGA Airport Management regulations.
