As the Security Manager for Türkiye, Georgia, and Kazakhstan, part of the Sales Market Türkiye, you are a strong and inspirational leader with a proven ability to drive results. By identifying, assessing, and analyzing potential risks, you ensure business continuity and protect against negative impacts on our organization


Key Responsibilities are but not limited to:


  •  Conduct regular risk assessments based on risk identification, risk analysis and risk evaluation in order to minimize external or internal threat exposures and drive the different security areas by influencing behavior through effective leadership, to reach the “right level of security” in your sales market organization.
  •  Contribute to and sustain a healthy and safe working environment throughout the business operation by building a strong health and safety culture.
  •  Follow up and analyze main KPIs and initiate actions to increase profit, balancing long and short-term plans. Being aware and highlighting the information security risks, as well as implementing, maintaining and follow up a systemic loss prevention strategy for reducing shrinkage to contribute to profit and loss.
  •  Work proactively with H&M Group technology and people, continuously looking for better ways of protection while maintaining a great customer experience.
  •  Analyzing the shrinkage results and follow up that the KPIs are reached based on the set targets, reach and maintain compliance with PCI DSS and Information security by making sure your organization is taking their responsibility.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role Security Manager, you should have relevant safety and security experience, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You are a good leader with the ability to create results. You have a drive and ambition to keep the company and our colleagues secure and safe. You motivate, inspire and drive others to comply with company security and safety policies and procedures. You can communicate with people at all levels and want to contribute to company’s meaningful growth.
 


What you need to succeed:


  •  Minimum 3 years’ Security experience or equivalent 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, with CPP, PSP, APP and PMP or similar certification preferred.
  •  Strong knowledge of policy implementation and compliance, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  •  Strategic leader with exceptional organizational and core critical skills, with experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
  •  Problem solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills.
  •  Good communication, presentation, and training skills.
  •  Strong knowledge on policy implementation and compliance 
  •  High performing Manager with exceptional results.
  •  P&L / Sales / Budget / Forecasting
  •  Minimum B2 Level of English & Native Turkish both spoken and written.
  •  Competent with Office 365 tools
     

Additional Information

This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement, offered on a local contract, will report to the Sales Security Manager, and based in our Support Office in Nişantaşı, Istanbul.
